The CBI has registered a case against Rahul Gaur. Rahul Gaur is the son of BL Gaur who is the chairman of real estate group Gaursons . This is to inform that a case of 80 crores fraud has been committed by Rahul Gaur against Bank of Baroda and Syndicate Bank.

Officials said that this fraud was done in the name of a residential complex construction scheme by a company Bryce International Private Limited. This company belongs to the group of Gaursons.

According to officials, the company had sanctioned a loan of Rs 250 crore for the construction of 291 luxury residential complexes in Sector 150, Noida. In this loan of Rs. 150 crores was sanctioned by Bank of Baroda and a loan of Rs. 100 crores was approved by Syndicate Bank.

 

According to the report, Bank of Baroda has complained that they had released a fund of 80 crores. But the project was abandoned in the beginning stage. According to the report, the projects for which the loans were taken were not used for them. According to officials, there was a forensic audit of the company’s account, in which the matter of diversion of funds was revealed.

As per the forensic audit report, several facts were hidden by the company. In addition, the company’s account had become NPA in 2015 due to non-payment of 80 crores.

B.L. Gaur founded this company in 1955 and Manoj Gaur is its managing director. In today’s date, the company’s business has been expanded over 5 million square feet. Most of their business is spread towards Noida Sector, Ghaziabad and Yamuna Expressway.
